Colon SOS Social Centre

The SOS Social Centre, Colon is a "transit home" for about 60 orphaned and vulnerable children. The children receive medical checks and basic primary education. The SOS Social Centre aims to reunite abandoned children with their natural families. The centre is supported by the local community in its work to help orphaned and vulnerable children and their families. Volunteers from the local school and the university give their time to work in the SOS Social Centre and every week the local radio station reports on the activities in the SOS Social Centre.

David SOS Social Centre

The SOS Social Centre, David is a day centre for about 50 children of working parents. It also works to support orphaned and vulnerable children and their families especially in the poorest neighbourhoods.
