Summary

Description english: Map of the Donations of Alexandria in 34 BC. The darkest green shows Cleopatra's original kingdom of Egypt. The paler green shows former Roman areas that Antony donated to Cleopatra and her children. Cyprus was added to Egypt, which was to be ruled by Cleopatra and Caesarion. The rest was divided into three other kingdoms: for Antony's son Alexander Helios, Armenia (and, nominally, Media and Parthia, which Antony planned to conquer); for his daughter Cleopatra Selene, Cyrenaica (and, nominally, Libya, which was controlled by Octavian); and for his younger son Ptolemy Philadelphus, Syria, including Phoenicia (on the Syrian coast) and Cilicia (on the coast of Anatolia). The palest green indicates Antony's other Roman territories that were not donated.
