Summary
German government SS issue portrait of Himmler, SS publishing copyrights all null & void. Immediate source from old data storage, My original source was a website which no longer exists.
- This photograph is also available from the National Archives and Records Administration at College Park, Maryland - Husnock 07:03, 20 December 2005 (UTC)
- Yes many nations have it in their public domain archives. It was an SS photo distributed to the SS offices for use on the walls on buildings and headquarters of the SS; the SS held all publishing rights for propaganda services until it was dissolved, I don't see why this is coming up in dispute. I believe it's also in the book 'Heinrich Himmler; A Photographic Chronicle of Hitler's Reichsfuehrer-SS' by Martin Månsson, ISBN: 0764312022 Nagelfar 18:41, 1 May 2006 (UTC)
