Summary
Romanian troops from the 151st Romanian Infantry take a break from their post in the village of Haji Lalay Kalacha, Afghanistan, to converse, 30 September 2003. The Romanian soldiers joined U.S. troops based at Kandahar Army Airfield during a team village mission in which members of psychological operations and civil affairs visited the village to evaluate needs and distribute humanitarian assistance in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
