English: Raphus cucullatus, Extinct. Plaster and wax model, made by taxidermists of the Museum National d'Histoire Naturelle in Paris, middle 19th century.
Français : Raphus cucullatus (Dronte, Dodo). Espèce endémique de l'île Maurice, éteinte du fait de l'homme vers 1660. Modèle en cire et plâtre, réalisé par les taxidermistes du Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle de Paris au milieu du XIXème siècle.
