File:Submarinebull.PNG
Summary
Submarine bull or Toro submarino was the first Peruvian submarine ever made. It has been suggested that if their first mission in the War of the Pacific was a success, it could have dramatically changed the war in favour of Peru. The sketch shown is an improved version of the original idea. During the official tests, the submarine remained below the surface for 30 minutes, reaching a depth of 72 feet (22 m) and a speed of 4 knots (7.4 km/h).
