Summary
Description |
English: Morecambe Bay from Ulverston. Vantage point at the top of Hoad Hill. In the immediate foreground is some agricultural land. On the other side of Ulverston Canal is the industrial area, which is a GlaxoWellcome factory. Along the canal's banks are some abandoned buildings, some houses, and some caravans. The River Leven reaches the ocean here, thus becoming the Leven estuary. The small island is Chapel Island. At the centre-far-right is a small rectangle, we call that Morecambe.
