English: The main theme played by piano. The original score was performed on October 25 1875 in Boston ( Massachusetts) conducted by Benjamin Johnson Lang and played by Hans von Bülow.
Polski: Temat główny grany przez fortepian. Premiera utworu miała miejsce 25 października 1875 w Bostonie (Massachusetts) pod dyrekcją Benjamina Johnsona Langa. Partię solową wykonał Hans von Bülow.
